hmm.. i got test tmr.. but still not finish studyin it yet... not in the mood for studying i guess.. duno y.. slept at 7.50am this morning.. cos chatting on phone with gf... y? bcos some stupid fella trying to con her into lampe berger MLM thingy.. which is already proven is a scam.. her fren brought her for supper last nite.. n then with whole crowd of lampe berger fellas... n then.. huh.. i'm really impressed with their tactics... they asked her to drive their so called new car... BMW 5 series... n still she only found out its a tactic after i told her... its quite obvious when someone trying to talk u into some kind of multi level marketing thingy... n then telling u that he or she earned duno how many k's.. each month.. n now.. he can afford to buy a new car.. wah... BMW 5 series... are u impressed??? wana join?? i managed to find a lot of info about this lampe berger thingy.. n yes.. its a scam.. something like those thingy that u light up in a room.. with the smell that can cure ur sickness... bullshit la... i even found a clip from HK TVB where those host went into the company to investigate wat the hell is it.. n then.. they even bought the lampe berger n test it in the lab.. it is said that the lampe can produce O. atom after burning it... n then.. then the atom.. O. combine with our oxigen.. O2.. it produces O3.. which is our ozon.. which can filter away all those harmful particles in the air.. n the results from the lab came out that the lampe cannot produce a single shit at all.. wana watch? there are some studies show that these kind of things is harmful to pregnant womens also.. not in the clip la... TVB clip.. cantonese. y i'm so pissed off? i duno... i just dun like those ppl scamming other ppl's money.. with all kind of bullshit.. if u really wan ppl to join something.. b honest.. at least let ppl know wat the heck is that thing.. the fren asked her to go to the company tmr.. which i insisted her to reject the fren.. but then.. they still have the strongest tactic.. claiming that they are ur fren.. hard for u to reject them right? so after hours of trying to reject her fren.. the fren ask her to go to the company to c wat he is doing all the time.. AS A FREN... bullshit.. really bullshit.. we'll c wats gona happen tmr.. my gf promised me that if something turns wrong.. which a lot of other ppl in the company interupt to ask her to join.. she'll just leave the place.. from wat i heard.. those ppl in the company will try to poison u.. saying that they earn how much money each month.. quit their job bcos this lampe berger is earning much more than their own job.. n then.. showing their so called luxury sports cars... which u dun even know it belongs to them or not.. they just rent it mayb? First off, I'd like to say I agree with you and sympathize with what happened to ya girl as the EXACT same thing happened to me yesterday. Friend I hadn't seen in years called me out for a drink claiming it solely for the purpose of rebuilding 'bridges' and WHAM! I found myself locked into an hour's worth of 'friendly' persuasion. Of course I said no. You seem to know alot about the events that are happening behind the scenes at LB. I was wondering, could you share with me your opinions on why u think its a con? I want to save some of my friends as well before they make a big mistake which they'll regret later. THANX

A lot of ppl got scammed bcos they are just way too greedy. Lots of them were persuaded to join with very large ammount like RM30k to be at the top level. Sorry I forgotten the name of that level. 1. Why the joining fees is so high? RM 2345 for a franchise level. Other MLM companies are not so "greedy".
2. Why is there a system to go up straight to COUNT, for 30,000. Isn't it obvious the DCHL company is sucking up so much money? From my bro who joined, he mentioned 95% of LB guys have paid 30k. There are 65,000 (according to one of the LB members) in Msia. Do some rough math here...
65,000 x 0.95 x 30k = 1,852,500,000 RM
That is 1.8 Billion in sales for that shitty company.
Can't you see what's the reason behind those upline can drive BMW, merz, ferraris...coz they are sucking in so much money, at the expense of the society...

U gotta pardon this SOB from SYN, coz I thk his nut is a bit loose up there. Well 1st of all I gotta admit tht I am a DCHL member and I understand the frustration of ppl who did not quite cut it out in MLM world. Its gonna take a hell of passion & commitment to succeed in any MLM business.
For information, LB is just one of the product distribute thru MLM networking system by DCHL. As a product which is more than 109 yrs old, LB has proven it can stand the test of time as well continued being relevant to today's world which is getting more & more polluted (just refer to the latest Times or was it Newsweek).
All I can say is that some network within DCHL (u know who..la !!) abuse our company mktg plan and start conning ppl out of their hard-earned money and left tis ppl stranded wt all the goods on their hand. I am fortunate to have join a very good team who not only help me to build my organization but oso help & teach me how to sell my goods. And tis coming from a person who hated MLM for the most part of his life , I am pleased to say I joined a rite team in a good company.
All I can say is if U guys come across any those ppl who say U can get rich quickly in LB but dun have the need to sell anything, my advice to ya is to get away from them as far as possible. Coming into any MLM, u must be prepared to work hard and most of all to change and definitely selling is & will remain the mainstay of netwok marketing company.

Well its not really a loophole, but there r some ppl (esp those that rise very fast...eg the latest couple from JB), who after ppl has taken the option to join....did not help/assist/guide them to sell their stock. Most of tis gp ppl will stay in the company office (their pedestal) and wait for their downline to bring ppl and spk to them.
Well unlike them, we have uplines who will follow us around all M'sia just to help us wt our sales and at the same ensure we make less mistake & will learn directly from them.
As for our company mktg plan...all I can say it is very simple & straigthforward unlike some other company who offer multiple plans like plan A & B, thereby confusing distributors/end-user and at the same time that
boasting they pay-out more than 74% or 75% ....when in fact the plan if u calculate carefully is less than 60%(maximum). In fact MLM plan is just simple mathematic model , the basic ingredient for success lies in how big your organization is.
In order not to be misled, ppl need to realize that there is no free lunch only thru hardwork, commitment, continuous self upgrading & consistency is the only way to succeed. But most important as distributor we should/must never neglect our downlines, while downlines should oso play his/her parts by putting in effort & cooperating wt upline.

Well, here lies the biggest problem for DCHL lampe berger
Your marketing plan can be misused.
We have Count Generation/Recruiting Bonus, Marquis Generation/Recruiting Bonus, Duke Generation/Recruiting bonus.
And all this bonus only applies if you are Count and above. And to get there fast, pay up 30k.
It's straight forward easy to understand, all these bonus will drive heavy recruitment, while neglecting the products selling.
In fact, Marquis just need to maintain personal sales of 20,000 PV, while his legs go and recruit more Counts. They have to, caused they themselves did that. And this is the only way to get back their money.
Marquis can earn 5 figures easily.
Yes, you do need a lot of hardwork to reach that level, but working in an unethical business plan, it doesn't matter how hard you work. It's just plain wrong.
If I were in DCHL LB, I would voiced this up to the management. Do something about it. Stop the Cut Count thing.
At least this can ensure LB members to try to sell the lamps, and not getting the next sucker to invest 30k blindly.
I doubt a lot of teens wants to sell lamps for a living.
I understand ppl frustration. Well despite all this negative feedback, DCHL mktg plan does use the business model as its backdrop. A lot of ppl thk coming in as Count will automatically means success, well the truth be told coming in as Count requires the individual to be more hardworking & also be more responsible, and not forgetting to leverage on upline's help (sorry fr those SYN folks, ur upline is busy booking their seat at their castle,HQ 24/7...so the only way is to bring the cow back to HQ,).
Back to mktg plan, just like in business world, when u buy a larger stock...ur supplier will oso offer bigger discount, but the diff are in not having to undertake heavy liabilities such as basic overheads i.e. employ employee or even pay for office rentals etc.
Therefore the only to stop tis nonsense is to stop unethical org like SYN from abusing the system, but at the same time dun paint everybody wt the same brush coz there r still ethical distributors trying to earn decent living.
Most of the time, the blames always lie on the people.
Please look at the damn marketing plan.
That plan is flawed. If SYN can exploit it, so can other XXN, or YYN do the same thing.
If there are ethical distributors inside the business, I would suggest they quit, and go find real work.
